We are a Johannesburg-based company which provides a range of services with the aim of renewing your floors. So while we also clean, our main business is to make your floors look like new. We work with most types of hard surfaces, whether they be interior or exterior. Our teams are professional and our solutions custommade.
Depending on the type of floor and the type of challenge your floor poses, we may suggest that we detail by hand, or - if the right solution for the job - we despatch our monster machine (still the only one in the country) ... our truck-mounted, high-heat (104ºC - 260ºC) high-pressure (2000Psi) system with its 38kW of self-generated power.
We know how to restore and renew floors; On the rare occasions when a floor is really past help and we cannot restore it for you, we will say so. So, if your floor is irritating you more and more every day, don't replace it before you have contacted us first to see what we can do for you.
More About Our Imported, Truck-Mounted Steam Cleaning System
Our machine generates its own power - all 38kW of it - in the truck. It is roughly 30x more powerful than the small steam cleaning machines that you will see our competitors wheeling into your home; they can only get between 2- and 4kW because they all have to plug their machines into your standard 200V plug socket. Even if you have 3-phase power (which you probably won't), they can only generate about 18kW of power - still no comparison to the 80kW that we can generate. Steam is heated to a temperature specifically chosen for your job (anything between 104ºC - 260ºC) and is then pumped through the hoses to our cleaning "heads" at 2000Psi. This, of course, is huge pressure and power. Nobody comes close to us and the results are absolutely astonishing.
Completely Restoring Floor Surfaces
Each floor and its problems are very different - no two floors are the same - and so we treat each case on its own merits. Depending on your floor's particular requirements, we might send our team to manually detail using the right products, or if steam is the only solution, we will bring our high-heat high-pressure steam machine. While steam cleans, it does not necessarily remove old sealant/excess cement/paint spills or RhinoLite: particularly failed/old sealant issues are usually solved using different methods.
Whether the best way forward is to detail by hand or utilise our imported steam-cleaning equipment, you can trust that our solution will be the appropriate one for your specific needs. By approaching each job in this manner, we make sure floors shed years of ingrained dirt and discolouration. Slate, natural stone and brick are restored to their original beauty and if required, we stain, polish and seal which mean that we completely rejuvenate your floors at a fraction of the cost to replace them.

The Best Way To Get A Quote from Us
All surfaces are different and we can therefore not give you an "average per sqm price" over the phone. We prefer to get all the information about a problem so that we can forward an accurate quotation. In order to do this, we need: 1. The area size in sqm (please, we don't quote "per room" ... just do the best you can with area size). 2. A detailed description of the problem. So please "tell us the full story" of your floor and its problem and try and be as thorough as possible. The more we know, the better we can quote. For example, telling us that your floor is "very dirty" doesn't help us; rather tell us whether there is old sealant on the floor, oil, what stains, wax, polish, soil ... whatever it may be, just tell us about it. 3. The physical address of the work site. If not the full address, then at least the suburb please. 4. Pictures of the problem. If emailing pics is a problem, send the pics via Whatsapp or Signal on 076 030 8191 (... remember to send the other info via email as it helps us keep track of our customers' specs and needs). Also, please, the pictures need to include a wide shot or two so we can get a sense of the area, then close-ups of tiles and its problems: pretend we are there, sitting on our haunches, having a look at the floor.
So, a good variety of pics is always good.
